FIVE FACTS FROM THE SOURCE (Embedded): EX: After having known Edward for just a few short months, Bella admits that “it would cause [her] physical pain to be separated from him now" (Meyer 283).

Technology can "affect deeply all aspects of life, and their very existence gives rise to numerous and constant problems outside of the engineering field"(Rosen).

The only time when people actually read on printed papper is when they "glance at a newspaper to be aware of the creative powers of inventions" (Rosen).

With technology changing it ends up being "an era of rapid change and of widespread adjustment" (Rosen).

The machine is considers technology therefore "the machine has brought into being a new kind of world, and that just as we speak of an industrial revolution of the past so we identify the present as an age of great technological change" (Rosen).

From what an author said 50 years ago, they recall that "50,000 inventions are granted in the United States annually" (Rosen).

This book explains all aspects of technology, refers to technology as machinery since it was published back in the 1940s where they were inventing machines for improvement in things. This is proof that even technology like a vacuum is changing the way we live.

After writing this, it was a while back but now that we are living the life they predicted they could gain information and answers from todays daily lives.

I do agree with most of the things this book says, but since it s reference is from years ago, I believe we still have the same priorities and issues there was back then.

The references the author uses is the affect of the recent inventions they were releasing back when this was written.

This can be apart of my history section in my essay, it can be very helpful for comparing and contrasting the inventions of technology from back then and now.
